David Stephenson blogs on homeland security et al.] Which, straining the bounds of credulity, leads me to speculating how a new Web 2.0 application for do-it-yourselfers under development at Accenture might apply to homeland security, and, perhaps most important, a pandemic, in which we'd both be confined to home, serving as family caregivers, while still being able to capitalize on the communications infrastructure.
