A story as publically accessible as the Lewinski affair, with much more serious ramifications for the well-being of the republic, has been dropped in their laps, with them as central players, (no tricky access required to get the truth since Jim/Jeff sat in the room with them for two years) and they not only refuse to follow it up, (why did Kossacks have to break the news that Jim/Jeff had been in the briefing room weeks before Talon existed?) but they also deliberately miss the point of what game the WH is playing when it denies access to journalists while planting stooges in their midst.
