First he says the "jury is out" on evolution, meaning he does not believe evolution is a "fact", then he warns the nation in a national press conference that bird flu, heretofore only passed between fowl, is poised to mutate and evolve into a human to human strain.

If that is the case a severe injustice by the culture of corruption will go unpunished.
