[Filipina Soul] The Philippine Department of Health has mandated stricter inspections of travelers entering the Philippines through the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). These inspections, which are complement the thermal scanners which are already in place, are designed to prevent the entry of bird flu into the country.
